This is the script spoken on every call before the Intake Bench demonstration number +1 (888) 807-4870 is given out. It is read by Victor Jose Marquina Marin, who owns and operates the service. The number is not given to anyone who has not heard this and agreed to it.
Spoken before the number is given
“Before I give you the number, let me tell you exactly what happens if you text it.
It's the demonstration line for Intake Bench. If you text it, you'll get replies that show how the service answers someone contacting a law firm — it will ask you a couple of questions about your situation and offer you a time for a consultation, the same way it would for a real client of yours.
It only ever replies. It will never text you first, and it won't text you again once the conversation is over. You'll get somewhere between three and six messages, all inside that one conversation, and then nothing.
Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any point to end it, or HELP to get straight to me. The terms of service and the privacy policy are on our site, at intakebench.vijoma241.workers.dev, under Terms and Privacy.
So — are you happy for me to give you the number, and for you to text it? Yes or no?”
Only if the answer is yes
“Great. The number is eight-eight-eight, eight-oh-seven, four-eight-seven-zero.
You're all set. Text it whenever you like — and remember, nothing reaches you unless you write first.”
If the answer is no, the number is not given and the subject is not raised again.
The number is registered under Customer Care and carries no marketing, promotional or advertising content. It replies to people who text it and does nothing else. No message is ever sent to anyone who has not written first, so there is no campaign for a person to be enrolled into against their wishes.
The full messaging policy is at Messaging Policy.
